Length of data retention: Generally, we store your data based on our obligations under applicable United States laws and/or as long as we have a relationship with you, plus a reasonable period of time after that. The determining elements for retention periods are based on the length of the relationship plus 7.5 years beyond termination, whether a nonstandard legal obligation to which Rapid Datacom is subject, and six months for connection history.
